The apartments are in the affordable range of Rs. 13.42 lac to Rs. 20.78 lac. The prices are for the area ranging from 560 sq ft to 875 sq ft. The price is not inclusive of PLC, Car parking, Maintenance and Clubhouse charges. The project falls under the Pune Corporation limits but is a bit far from the center of the city.

So the prices are on the lower side. The project also has a floor premium of Rs 50 per sq ft. The amenities are incredible at such low end prices but with the location may be a slight disadvantage.
