But for the purpose of entertainment, shopping and leisure you will have to travel around 7 kms.

The 1BHK apartment is priced at Rs 17.95 lacs whereas the 2BHK is priced at Rs 24.78 lacs with an area ranging from 665sq ft to 918 sq ft. The 3BHK apartments are priced at Rs 27.89 lacs with an area of 1033 sq ft. The prices do not include MSED, Maintenance, Parking and PLC expenses. We expect the price in this area to appreciate in the next 2-3 years taking into consideration the completion of the International Convention Centre and also the developing Chakan industrial estate.

Pharande Spaces is a dynamic company and has created a good reputation since its inception in 1999. It is said to have a track record of creating residential townships and projects in the areas of Pradhikaran and Pimpri-Chinchwad. They have completed several projects of row houses, apartments, twin bungalows and also ventured into commercial projects. Till today they have developed projects across 30 acres of land and built-up area of more than 1.7 million sq ft. They even won the AESA award in 2008 for one of their residential projects.

Overall

In our opinion, this looks like a good project from the investment point of view for the future. The industrial area has been growing at an accelerating rate, but the current price asked is high for this area. This project is targeted for the IT people in the Talawade area and also for the middle income groups. If you want to make this place your home, you will have to wait as the date of completion is nearly 18 months.
