Avoid Indiabulls Greens - Chennai project !!

> Delay in completion and registration of UDS : All the premium builders register the land on 40% of the completion, but I don’t understand why Indiabulls has the 90% of the completion, which is too risky for the customer. The kind of stubbornness they show towards their policy, I don’t see the same in the timeliness of handling over the property.

> Sudden plan changes: When I had booked, I chose a unit for the club house facing balcony. Later the club house was dropped for Phase II. This disappointed me a lot.

> No flexibility in customization: Very less options were given for customization, and even with the restricted choice, later majority of my requests were turned down, mentioning about the time and resource crunch.

> Amenities and club handing over date: I am being told that the gym and other amenities will be handed over in mid of 2011, which is totally not acceptable. I am paying premium charges for nothing? Also the club house charges and maintenance will be charged without handling over them? That’s totally wrong.

> Spoiled ambiance: I see that Phase II and Phase III have been planned when Phase I is still not complete, and I am told reasons like resource crunch and man power unavailability. Why would a real-estate giant like Indiabulls wouldn’t have planned for such a massive project without any plan for resource supply? Also if that is the case, why would they start the work for Phase II when Phase I is struggling with man power crunch? Also, if they hand over the Phase I by Mar '12, the Phase II construction will be going on, which would result in dirt and spoiled ambiance. I was never told about the plan for Phase II and III when bought the flat.
