I've lost my booking amount due to some delay in payment to MVL for indihomes bhiwari which i got booked in 2007 and construction has to be completed by 2011.

 

We visited the site in 2011 and found nothing there except the basic structure...felt disappointed and ignored it for a while. Recently we got a notice to pay dues along with interest within 10 days. We went there gurgaon office to pay all the amount along with interest. They kept us waiting for different reasons for the entire day till 8 pm...and then suddenly Owner and his son came downstairs and start pushing out of office in front of employees and shouting that we are not taking payment and forfeiting your amount as well as cancelling our allotment. They did this to so many other inverstors who came up with the remainder amount of money. They kicked them also offf their office.

 

It's a very sad case and they mis-behaved with my husband used abusive language his body gaurd was pushing my husband. ultimately he'd leave it there. feeling so helpless. 

They are doing so as the rates for these have gone up in the market and so trying to cancel the allotments for any stupid reason and also forfeiting the entire paid amount.
