I would like to bring to your notice that I have booked a 3BHK apartment in Tower 7 of ILD Spire Greens project at Sec-37, Gurgaon in Oct 2010. I have paid the 20% of bsp amount in last year itself. Its been more than one year now and I'm still struggling to get the Builder-Buyer agreement done, and no reasons been given to me what it is not being done. Also there is no update on when the construction of Tower 7 shall be started. I have been following up aggressively but not able to get any sort of information whatsoever. ILD customer care team told that there are some approvals pending and also filed the papers to few banks for people who need finance / loan on the said property.

I suspect foul play by ILD and would like to use this platform to register a compliant against this unprofessional  developer on this public forum to let people know the about this developer.
