I have booked two flats with doshi builder in chennai - relying on their reputation.

Fedup with the bossy character of customer support service, i contacted the marketing person who contacted initially. This guy was very frank and orally informed their company ( doshi housing) will ask only money as happening now, but will never extend support in providing the needed approved documents. Even after getting complete payment, they will make you run to get the keys for your home.

It is meaningless to call their customer support team ( customer support will abuse you with single syllabus words ). But i am not sure if their superiors are encouraging this attitude or there is no good team management.
