Marg Properties is building SEZ with many amenities (so Called) on ECR road in between Chennai  & Pondicherry since from 2009 onwards. 

I have booked a FLat in Marg Utsav in Sep 2010; the completion date was Feb 2012. Still the construction is not completed more over the building has come to just first floor by now. Write from the first day they are telling the project is approved by various banks including HDFC. I am seeking home loan from HDFC on the sanctioning of the loan from HDFC, I came to know that Project is not yet approved by HDFC. This way Marg properties is cheating the poor & innocent people. 

They have very bad relationship between the customer care and project team. Once there is some problem as i am facing no one form the Marg team will respond properly. They even do not respond to your phone calls as well as mails.

At the time of booking I was assured that in future all sort of help will be provided by Marg. Today when I want to sell the property, none of the Marg personal is responding me in favored direction, on the other hand they are trying to stop me getting possible buyer.

We will get different commitment from different teams inside the Marg, and we will not see anything happening on time.
