I am a resident of Royal Cliff appt. in Crossing Republik,ghaziabad(developed by  Prateek Buildtech). Their construction quality is not as good as commited during booking.They also charged so many hidden charges during Flat registration and there after charging hefty amount in the name of Maint. charges without giving the commited facilities. They are charging maint. charses about 3000.00 to 3500 per month based on the Super area. They are also charging about 600  to 800 per month  Fixed amount for main Power and Backup excluding the consumption charges. inspite of all these , they are also charging hefty amount for Club facility , gym , Sauna Bath, Steam bath etc.. Even they are not listening our concerns and showing their errogant attitude . We are finding them non-coperative and very frustrated with their behaviour.
