There has been update by Eldeco group on 14/12 via email wherein they are entailing an extra charge of Rs.19,000.00 as a mandate to all customers towards beautification of the internal doors.

I have tried to reach the customer support re. an explanation for this mandatory extra charge levied on the customers without considering that some customers may not be happy with this move, but, to my surprise no one would entertain my request on phone and asked me to drop an email with my concerns.

I drafted an email to the group on 15/12 and have been chasing since then but unable to get any response.

This does not show good on part of Eldeco group and I am looking to escalate the issue with it's management and look for a clarification as to why this option can't be rolled out as optional?
