A cracker of price, affordability has been the mainstay of this project. With its location on the OMR which houses most of the IT superpowers dotting either side of the express highway, its definitely a buy worth its weight in gold. With lot of educational institutions and world class healthcare being offered by chettinad health city and life line hospitals, this property is definitely a long term buy.
