Anantya from Indus gives us a feeling of eternal bliss as we get to the location on the IT Highway. With a location advantage, on the IT corridor reaching your workplace should never be a worry. Amenities are a cut above the rest with a Tennis court and a decked up swimming pool. Health facilities available are its best with Life Line on one side and Chettinad Hospitals on the other side. Outing during a week day will be out of bounds with only a couple of restaurants on the entire stretch.

This property is at good location ... BUT ... a big BUT !!
1. Hand-over is delayed by more than 1 year. There are people waiting for 3 years. They didn;t finish my appartment yet and i am paying EMI for last 1 year.
2. By all means, the builder should be brought to court for this delay. Others, who bought the apartment also going through the same mess.
3. I have heard from friends that partially finished apartments were used by laborers for bathing, toilet etc .... another violation of the contract.
4. All the amenities, to my understanding won't finish in next 5 years. This builder couldn't finish the apartment in time ... so, forget about all the other facilities.
ALL in ALL .... don;t even think to jump into this TRAP.
There are many more CRYING stories here ... I am ashamed Indian builders ... especially Indus builder Chennai in my case ... These kind of builders licence should be cancelled.
