Many unknown/lesser known builder have mushroomed up in Noida Extension to get benefit out of consumer's lack of knowledge and increasing demand for a house. Arihant has delivered a small project in Indiripuram, with no strong track record. I have not heard anything +ve on the builder. Buyer beware.I have visited noida extension, it is like street hawkers selling the projects, promise to offer maximum discount. Beware from those, and do not base discounts to buy a house. Rather take advise from professionals and buy units from a reputed professional company to avoid any complications in future. This is free advise (which has no value in market), as I & few of my friends have been duped by those street hawkers.

arihant is a reputed builder who has delivered projects on time.....the immense response of arihant arden speek for itself.they are not over leveraged in terms of projects and therefore will give delivery on time....location is nice , next to supertech eco village 1......good investment and a safe bet

I think arihant has also done a few projects in Indirapuram and residents are not very upbeat about it. Moreover the crossings republik project has been delayed a lot. Not sure how noida extension project is shaping up
Arihant is a good builder. though it is a small builder but has a good trak record.
