before doing any deal pl visit the basement of this complex , you will find it of shockingly low roof height where most SUVs are likely to get scraped by haphazrd maze of pipes and low hung and bend cable trays , There are massive water leakages so much so that under few beams and columns it is almost raining. The utility shafts of the building are not plastered and almost all of 17 towers in the emerald cour comples have massive water seepage problems . The Maintenance charges are steep @rs 2 /sqft but the actual maintanance is very poor , lifts are filthy and many areas are unswept , the basement is full of dust ...this is depite 400 families residing for last one year  . Club is mostly non functional and unkept .....all in all an unproessional job in all aspects .
