BPTP is coming up with a new residential project, BPTP Amstoria, an integrated township in Sector 102 on the proposed Dwarka Gurgaon Expressway. Currently, 3 and 4 bedroom independent floors and villas are being offered by BPTP Amstoria. The residential complex is spread over an area of 200 acres and is surrounded by lot of open green space. The streets in BPTP Amstoria are well planed and wide, and will be lined up with canopied trees.
LOCATION
BPTP Amstoria is located in Sec 102 Gurgaon, which is situated on the proposed 150m wide Dwarka Gurgaon expressway. Once the expressway is constructed then IG airport will be just 10 minutes drive. The upcoming Diplomatic enclave and a golf course will also be in the close proximity of the residential complex. We believe that after the completion of the proposed expressway, it will become one of the premium properties along the expressway and will command significant premium.

VALUE FOR MONEY
The basic selling price depends upon the area and type of accomodation. For country floors, the built up area ranges from 1,700 sq.ft. to 3,712 sq.ft., and the prices start from Rs. 64 lacs. The villas are built in areas starting from 250 sq yard and the prices start from Rs. 2.1 crores. Other charges such as EDC, IDC, IBMS, Parking, Maintenance and PLC etc are applicable.
We feel that currently the prices may appear to be on the higher side considering the fact that this side of the town is yet to be developed, but there is a lot of future potential in this project as it will be one of the biggest luxury projects in Gurgaon. Moreover, once expressway is completed, the prices may also rise substantially as this project will be right on the expressway.
TRACK RECORD
BPTP was established in 2005 with its promoters engaged in real estate development since 1995. OVERALL
We believe that due to high quality specifications and an integrated township which has been beautified with ornate water bodies, the residents would be able to live a modern and luxurious lifestyle in BPTP Amstoria.

They will change the layout midway ask for more edc, idc, plc, force you to sign one sided documents even after the agreement is signed. you can go through all the yahoo user groups to see the amount of people cheated by this builder. Just type BPTP cheating in google you will come to know. Beware of this builder

BPTP is a fraud buider, do not invest. I know 15 people cheated by them in faridabad

Moon has been promised by BPTP but not sure how much they will be able to delivered.Location & pricing: Dwarka Expressway is still 1-2 years away but the builder has started charging @6500 to 7000 per sq ft in Amstoria! Villas worth 2 crores in a village???Facilities: They may promise high class ameneties and luxurious lifestyle but it all depends how much they will be able to deliverTrack Record: BPTP has had rough time in Faridabad with its projects and buyers are not very happy about it, therefore I doubt how they will complete this one successfully.

BPTP cheated many investors in past in Gurgaon and Faridabad. There are several cases going on against them. You can find enormous no of complaints in ConsumerComplaints orum against various levels of cheating by BPTP. They overcharge suddenly at mid of the project or will ask for your booking cancellation at end of the project.

I have booked a plot with 225 sq yard plot with BPTP sector -102 in Gurgaon. They are cheater. They are not having sanctioned plan for the project. They even not paid registering amount for the project. We were not aware of the intention of the company, We heard that the Gandhi's familiy money is invested in the BPTP company. We were very confident that our money is safe in BPTP. I am well paid software engineer with reputed MNC. I was sure, that I can pay 50% of the project money from my resources & remaining I will pay by Loan from the Bank. But, even thought I have approval from the Bank for taking loan, Bptp has not paid the relevant fee to the government & not having sanction/ Plot layout approval from DTCP, Haryana. For which, Bank has denied to disburse me the Loan amount. And, the BPtp is keep on demanding the payment. Till time, since the inception of the project in october,2010 , in less 8 months they have demanded 65% of cost price + 50% of EDC/IDC/Club membership charges as of now. Without having the approval of government agencies. And the client can not go for Loan facility. They are penalise the client for not able to pay the demanded amount. How can we pay the demanded amount without having Loan facility. They don't bother how the client pay the amount. They will keep on demanding amount, without fullfilling the required governement formalities at their part. You are requested to keep away from the Builder. They are really not big developer but really big cheater.


I agree with the reviews on top infact I knw how BPTP works its quite awfull. There are a lot of ppl affected by this. Think 10 times before investing in any BPTP product.
