BPTP Capital City is situated at sector 94 in Noida, on Noida Expressway. The business centre has very good connectivity with both metro and road. Connaught place-Noida metro line is just 1km away from BPTP Capital City. It is very well connected to South Delhi and Central Business District, which further leads to the Indira Gandhi International Airport. Thus, it would be right to state that BPTP Capital City is located at the prime location in Noida, which may become centre of attraction in future.
FACILITIES
World class facilities are proposed to be provided at BPTP Capital City, which include large office space, one million square feet of entertainment and retail space, and well planned parking space. Other facilities include high speed elevators, central air conditioning, double glazed windows, video conferencing, concierge desk, Wifi internet, and fitness centres.
VALUE FOR MONEY
BPTP Capital City is offering its space at a basic selling price of Rs. 10,500 per square feet upto 3,000 sq.ft. and Rs. 10,000 per square feet above 3,000 sq.ft. Other charges such as Parking, Maintenance and PLC etc are applicable. Aweful Builder, you can check with Canaught place police station, so many fraud cases filed by them there, court takes endless time to give any judgement so builder like BPTP get away with our lax system. Plz be veware of this builder and check the facts before giving any money to this builder. First google BPTP fraud and then you will see how many people have been fooled by this builder, beware of this builder and stay away.
They have now shifted their office to Gurgaon to fool people there and only retained M-13, middle circle, Canaught place for money collection
