I dunno if the buyers of 2BHK apartments in P and Q towers, especially the Q Tower realize this, the Q tower in specific is right opposite Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)! I went to BPTP's office to check this, but their marketing team didn't have any idea! I went to actual site, checked with contractors, workers and everyone else and to my horror my fears were right! I would never consider buying anything in these 2 towers and would advise everyone against it! I went back to marketing guys and they were pretty dilly dally on this matter. God forbid anything goes wrong the residents in these two towers especially in Q tower would have a harrowing stinking time! I also interacted with some people already residing there. The state of affairs seems to be quite bad. I would never ever consider buying here. Moreover, it seems it'll take quite sometime for overall infrastructure of Neharpar area to take shape, leave alone BPTP projects. I'm quite concerned about the security issues as well. I heard just a few days ago someone got stabbed in the vicinity.
