Project Description

Park Serene located in sector 37 D in Gurgaon. Park Serene offer 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. The 150 mt. wide expressway will pass within half a km. distance from the Park Serene. There is a 400 acres reserved green right opposite the project. There are at least five International schools coming up in the vicinity.

    ABOUT THE PROJECT

    BPTP has launched a new project BPTP Spacio, which is phase 2 of Park serene. 2 BHK, 3 BHK & 4 BHK apartments are being offered in BPTP Spacio. The apartments would suit your budget in a perfect manner. Each apartment would be tastefully carved out, so as to create an adequate living space for both the family and individuals. 80% of the area would be open and surrounded by greenery all around. 


    LOCATION

    BPTP Spacio (Park Serene Phase II) will be located in Sec 37D Gurgaon on the proposed 60 mt sector road. Also, the upcoming residential complex would be close to 150m proposed Dwarka expressway. The site can also be accessed from NH8. Hero Honda Chowk would be just 10 minutes away & IGI airport would also be just 15-20 minutes away from BPTP Spacio. Also, the new residential complex would be very close to one of the proposed metro stations.

    We are of the view that due to its close proximity to NH8, proposed Dwarka expressway, and proposed metro station, BPTP Spacio would be conveniently located.

    We are of the view that due to modern facilities, plenty of open space, good surroundings and lot of greenery, the low rise and middle income group would be able to enjoy their stay in BPTP Spacio. So, people with limited money in hand should not lose an opportunity of investing in BPTP Spacio as one can also expect significant price appreciation after development of Dwarka Gurgaon Expressway.

BPTP spacio is located near Dwarka expressway, and approx. 4 kms from Hero Honda chowk  NH8. The builder has costructed the first phase, while second phase has just started. Accessibility to both the highways, facilities,  make this project good to buy.

They will change the layout midway ask for more edc, idc, plc, force you to sign one sided documents even after the agreement is signed. you can go through all the yahoo user groups to see the amount of people cheated by this builder. Just type BPTP cheating in google you will come to know. Beware of this builder

As far as Park Serene Spacio is concerned, BPTP is doing a good work and a timely delivery with a quality work is expected. I have been through the site, and they would be able to provide the posession on time.This project is at a good location, and the prices are really low and reasonable.

The structure of BPTP Park serene is already there.. also visited the sample flat... the construction appears to be okay.. the location at present is remote but may be in future when expressway comes up, it will be close to expressway and offer better connectivity... the only good thing about this project is that construction is on so delay is not mcuh of concern (though it is still possible, considering bptp past track record).Spacio is just the second phase of the BPTP Park Serene and will come up in 3 years.. which is a long time to go... However the price is good .. 2650 per sq ft is the lowest that you can get in gurgaon
