Golden Gate Offers 2 and 3 bedroom Apartments with excellent amenities landscape parks, jogging track, basket ball court, volley ball court, cricket nets, golf putting range, tennis court, open amphitheatre, tot lots and sand pits, yoga and meditation centre, bus stop, water feature gazebos, hammock area, park benches, bal bhavan, swimming pool, club house, entrance fountain, rock feature, services parking, social infrastructure, timber board bridges and more.

GOLDEN GATE PROPERTIES are CON people. They OVER PROMISE and UNDER DELIVER. They give ROSY pictures on their brochures and on the other hand delivers projects where the ELEVATION hardly looks similar to the ones in the Brochure. ( Look at Golden Blossom, Golden Palms etc... etc..)
Club House and the Swimming pool is still a Mystery in THEIR projects. We the residents are still waiting for those. Umpty number of complaints raised in regard to these issues and THESE IDIOTS sitting in their so called Corporate office in Koramangala just know to LIE AND LIE MORE...
I FEEL LIKE A TOTAL WASTE OF MY MONEY, TIME AND EFFORT INVESTING WITH GOLDEN GATE PROPERTIES. I WILL NEVER EVER DO SO AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE INVESTING IN GOLDEN GATE PROPERTIES. I AM LOOKING AT EXITING AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS HELL AS SOON AS I GET A BUYER WHO CAN JUST GIVE ME WHAT I HAD ACTUALLY SPENT BUYING THIS APARTMENT SOME 3 YEARS BACK.

THE COMMUNE has been RE-LAUNCHED AND WORK HAS STARTED THIS IS THE LATES NEWS I GOT FROM A SOURCE OF MINE. POOJA WAS DONE AROUND 15 DAYS BACK. IT IS A REAL DEAL FOR THE PRICE U R PAYING.
GOLDEN GRAND
I am owner of two flats with Golden Gate, Golden Grand, Yeshwanthpur and have been checking the reviews/ forums about Golden Gate Properties, and it is of my opinion and experience of 5 years(2006 booking dt) that I have observed few things about them and I wanted to voice out in forums. I agree with other people and found there is delay in their project but…. once they complete the project you will feel worth buying the property from Golden Gate. I have seen other builders because my other friends invested in their properties, they do big promises but don’t fulfill them but that’s not the case with golden gate. As list they are keeping their promises. No builders are able to give on time because of funds crunch, labour and materials problem, hence the delay in handing ovr time. The staff is also very cordial, with world class elevation, amenities, club house and other facilities which i have to say is quite awsome(arch by HOK – Blore Int. Airport BIA) also the location is bang in center of Bangalore with a Metro Station cmg up in the front side is like icing on the cake
GUYS NOW THAT JM FINANCIAL HAS COME ON BOARD AND HV TAKEN UPTO COMPLETE THIS GRAND AND 1ST PHASE WILL BE COMPLETED WITHIN NOV 2012, SO IT IS OF MY OPINION WE SHOULD WAIT AND WATCH. AS OF NOW WORK AT SITE IS RUNNING IN FULL STEAM THERE ARE AROUND 350 LABOURERS WORKING ROUND THE CLOCK AS INSPECTED BY MYSELF
