I got this piece of news that the company has forged it's balance sheets due to which a notice has been issued by MCA i.e. Ministry for Corporate Affairs to Ackruti city. Lots of funds have been drained off by the directors & an inquiry has been set up on this issue. I have also heard that the company gave loans to some other companies in which the directors were interested without notifying the central government and they have issued them a showcause notice to which the company has already replied.

This project by is set for completion by Dec 2010 but even if you plan to stay there are no other residential projects nearby. Even by the end of 2010 there are not much expectations of projects. Its is a developing area with a feel of isolation for the time being at least. Yes I wont be saying the same after 5 more years. But why buy and wait for so long. The prices were reasonable and at least the project is nearby to the katraj Bus Depot. Not much help, right? The pictures on the site are really wooing but do not fall for them.
There seems to be poor coordination between members of sales team of Ackruti Countrywoods. Even after paying the booking amount, these people make call and ask for the same and for receipts of the same you need to visit sales office several times. It is a limited company but the environment and work culture doesn't seems so.
