Easy access to shopping areas, malls and public amenities.Ample parking space for residents and visitors.

- Construction is good .. no issues on that- Delay in completing the construction- Materials used inside apratment for restrooms are cheapp and not upto markMain problem with this builder- Put pressure to register on the amount which include bwssb charge, vat tax, legal, etc., Not able to understand why builder want us to register the amount which includes all the above. This is paying registration tax for the vat tax and bwssb charge..Really frustrated with this as i have to pay extra 50k for this..So make sure you put only basic cost on the sale agreement with out including the above.

this property is at very good location. but highly not recommended as the builder is worst and very much arrogant. the staff is pathetic. once they got money they are treating the customers like they are doing a big favour to them. No place for children to play. No guest park. lots of issues with this builder. one of the worst builder you would ever want to face. we have bought this property but now thinking of selling it and get rid of it.

We booked flat in Dec'09 and they promised to give the possesion in April'10 but till date we are waiting. Satff Oh Gosh! very bad, they would just not listen to what you want and how you want. Their so called Engineer GANESH is one of the most irritating person among all, full of arrongance. These people are behaving as if they are doing some charity by giving the flat, boss WE HAVE PAID MONEY FOR IT. For small samll things these people take nearly 6months to complete and least bothered about the people who have taken loan and bearing the EMI & Rentals. In washroom the quality used is very pathetic, below than the local builder uses.
They want to compete with SHOBA or MANTRI but sorry, its just like India wants to be like AMERICA.
Highly not recommended.
We are so frustrated that atleast I had decided to sue them, but my husband stopped me.
VERY RUDE AND MOST PATHETIC STAFF WE HAVE FACED.
An excellent location.. but we urgently need to throw the builder out since he is one of the most arrogant builder in the city. Treats customers like dirt, does not even employ an Engineer, has a marketing team which lies through its teeth and a corrupt site engineer. All site facilities are managed by relatives and friends of builder, most lousily run as on date. But watch this space we will throw him out and make this place a good place .It is a 2 people show, shameless fellows who will never come in the front, always hiding because basically they cheat customers.
