Doshi Housing Etopia II enters us to a new beautiful world.it has been built in the popular residential area.Every needs like hospital, Railway station,airport can be reachable with in short time,yes it is very closer to the solinganalur juncton, pallavaram railway station and tidel park.so you can drive to your destination without much hassle on your way.While looking its landscape it ensures endless happiness and peaceful environment.It gives more privacy for everyone.nowadays stealing jewels and valuable things are as usual news in newspaper,but its architecture does not give any loopholes for thief.Planting a new sippling is good for future and greenery environment and also Etopia's spacious green land reminds us future green world.

I have booked two flats with doshi builder in chennai - relying on their reputation.
Fedup with the bossy character of customer support service, i contacted the marketing person who contacted initially. This guy was very frank and orally informed their company ( doshi housing) will ask only money as happening now, but will never extend support in providing the needed approved documents. Even after getting complete payment, they will make you run to get the keys for your home.
It is meaningless to call their customer support team ( customer support will abuse you with single syllabus words ). But i am not sure if their superiors are encouraging this attitude or there is no good team management.

I've booked a studio apartment in Doshi Etopia II @ perungudi on 21st June 2011 and paid 1 lakh as booking amount, In mean time I started processing housing loan where I'm facing some problem in processing loan from my side due to less CIBIL score, hence I called the doshi manager who was coordinating with me to proceed cancelling the booking on 25th June 2011 , but she is hesitating to confess on status. Also they say there will be cancellation charges and only then the remaining amount will be refunded. It's truly a gruesome and unlawful behaviour from a reputed builder.
Doshi Housing has been there for years and have created a credibility for themselves over the last decade with quality multi dwelling units.
Etopia is the modern day community living and has been named so with the IT express highway by its side. From an amenities and access perspective the Etopia takes away full marks, like being close to the MRTS to Taramani on one side and Velachery on the other side. Being close to the Ascendas food court also gives me a fair time to spend during an evening or during a week end.
The only disadvantage that i would see on perungudi location is the approach roads to the property. At times you might face water logging during rainy season because of vast open lands which in a year or two will become more habitable.
