We had booked a 3bhk a in October 2010.We were misguided from the beginning none of their officials have any knowledge of their full facility and specifications of the project.From the beginning the kept on lying that it is approved by major nationalized banks.We went for the booking( as their plan seemed to be same like our dream home ) wherein there so called GM of Bangalore Mr. ANUP KHANDELWAL came .after talking to him we came to know all pre-informations given by their executives before were wrong,the most important thing we were told pool facing apartement we will get within 2600 /sqft but at the time of booking we were  told extra 100 RS for pool facing.Even their GM who was so rude didn’t have proper info abt the project.We had told if bank doesnot gives sanction we will get the money refunded and he assured that the papers are all valid.But on verifications of the papers by a bank lawyer we found that some important BDA related permission for quality of construction is not there even their prices are inflated as there demand was to pay 65% where as they have value only 43% .many land related mutation papers were missing.We kept on following Miss Likita(a man looking like woman) who was assisgned as our executive for the documents.she kept on delaying it giving silly excuses like her laptop not working,she is on leave,not able to read and retrieve our mails…finally she said our lawyer is wrong.then we contacted a bank lawyer he also said the same thing after going through the papers even he said they don’t have BDA COMMENCEMENT CERTIFICATE.Our lawyer suggested to cancel the booking of Rs 1 lakh,( in the meanwhile Mr. ANUP and LIKITA started pressuring and doing bad mouthing us for agreement.We told unless we are satisfied with papers we will not go ahead with agreement,during this the real nature of MR ANUP came he is a rude person who does not know how to talk to ladies and customers I think due to his attitude the project has not been sold out where as the adjoining project are complete despite starting late).At this time we met Mr. Anup and due to his rude behaviour we decided not to go ahead as till the project is complete we have to interact and with such a rude and ill mannered person we didn’t want even a professional relation.We approached madam likita intimated anup also for cancellation but they took 1 month to give us the cancellation form.They just know to play with people’s money,we are salaried people who have saved our hard earned money and they make us run like GOVT.deptt. despite we are right.At last when we submitted our form we asked for acknowledgement Mr. Anup forced us to write a mail that we could not get loan from bank and after we write the mail he will acknowledge the receipt for cancellation.Now even after so many days we have received any reply ,even they are not picking our calls nor replying the mails.They know to fall back on their words and will run away with our money.We have spent around15k for two lawyers and even our 1 lakh is stuck with them.Such a high handedness by them has prompted us to go to legal mode evn through internal sources we have come to know they have paid huge sum to Axis bank and HDFC to get their loans sanctioned.Please be aware of these cheaters b4 giving your money…they ideally know how to ruin some one’s dream of life of owning a home………Don’t buy an illegal property and risk your money……….
