Hi guys,
Just booked my Flat in Gardenia GOLF CITY Sec-75 Noida. My uncle has also booked in GLORY Sec-46 Noida previously and he suggested me to buy one in this new project....He has good knowledge about residential & commercial properties as he and his friends keep investing in different projects. But i have bought it as an end user....I hv visited their site and the SITE LAYOUT of project looks awesome!!! with Golf Course, Cricket, football stadium and all other sports facilities...But at the same time i was a little worried also as i heard that its a Big 148 Acres township and whether they will be able to complete it on time however then i met with Sanjeev Sharma who is also one of the directors of AIMS MAX GARDENIA who assured me that the project will be accomplished on time with all the promised facilities. As my uncle confirmed me that GLORY projects construction is in full swing and will be completed on time. Me and my uncle also done our R&D about its previous projects like GRACE, Le Gardenia Goa, Gardenia Greens, Gardenia Square, NH-24Crossing Republic, Gardenia Glory...ect and so far got positive feedback.

- GArdenia has not yet started tower the construction of T tower. Is the land disputed.

Gardenia Golf City
Hi I had purchased a flat in Gardenia golf city and paid my booking Amt 10 % in May 2010. The builder alloted me with Tower T.
This tower is not yet approved by BAnks yet as they say there is some dispute on land. I have checked this with HDFC. The Builder is also not raising further demand. But my problem is that my Booking amt (4.5 lacs approx) is struck in Gardenia since last 1 year. If i would had invested this in 3c's lotus panache then the appreciation would have been phenominal.
Pls suggest the way forward

Although the project looks very attractive with all the facilities being offered...the construction seems to be going slow....any idea whether the builder will be able to complete the project in time..??????
