Gillco promises the moon and shows off external looks but as the saying goes 'all that glitters is not gold'. Good looks and showmanship was good for investors initially, but people living here have loads and loads of complaints. Poor internal construction with leakages in all toilets, bad plumbing is there in all flats. Facilities apart from park are non-existent. No proper management of parking, communication, security, construction going on raising dust and pollution all the time. No transport available upto 1KM, use own car. Horrible power conditions, very frequent power cuts 20 times a day, poor backup and lift maintainence. Builder hostile to residents, once payment is made. Maintainence charges very high. Bad roads. No operational market, only lots of closed shops except for property dealers. Hidden charges, ex. for transfer etc will come as a shock after booking or down payment. No proper cleaning for common areas, poor servant availability. No accountability for maintainence charges. No club, no common facilities like pool, function hall etc. No residents association or unity, everyone trying to undercut each other. Not recommended for living and poor investment prospects.
