The area is on fast developing and has people from different backgrounds and different fileds staying here. The culture is a bit sophisticated. But as you do not get every thing you want to you will have to live with it.
This project seems to be targeted at the upper middle class and higher income groups with top class facilities and amenities. The locality is quite developed.

The project is centrally located for your day to day needs. You also have premium schools like the Delhi Public School and Bishops School located in this area. There are hospitals and many restaurants also located nearby. You can catch up with friends at M.G. Road and the Corinthian Club.
I was going through this area a few days back. This area seems to be on the route of fast development except for the roads. There are a lot of upcoming residential projects coming up in this area. I heard a lot of IT people having offices in Magarpatta IT Park prefer this area. The project is good from the investment point of view as the prices are expected to appreciate in the coming future.
