I was actually bowled over by the apartment size and the luxurious amenities provided by Marvel Group.
Its really like a dream house with all that anyone can actually ask for. I really like the spacious rooms and the large terrace.
There is a WOW factor to this project for sure. Think of a jacuzzi in your Master Bed room, a king size living room, solar heaters, generator back up for all rooms and Italian marble flooring.
I was really amazed but do not have a big budget to live life a king size.
Is the builder behind getting a big hole in the budget of the people that too for such an irrelevant location?? The prices quoted for the apartments are very exorbitant and way too high as compared to the projects in the same area.
The builder is quoting around Rs 4000 per sq ft whereas the avearge rate in this area is around Rs 3200. I would like the builder to first stay in his own apartments and then see if the price asked is justified. I liked the facilities provided by the facilities provided but the high price does not justify them.....
