It has been the worst experience of buying a flat and till now after paying the full money the flat has not been handed over even after a year of delay.We got a letter saying your flat is ready and then when we went we saw it was only 30% complete. We were astonished and irritated to see that the flat's work is so much incomplete and the done work is in shambles. We had a discussion with mr Shreekant there and made him, with mr goyal and mr khosla write 15 points that it will be delivered after 25 days. Some are here: 1. tiles broken in balcony, vernadaha, bathroom2. tiles of kitchen, bathroom not matching sample flat3. rust on sanitary:->Fixed Later, but i could see toilets were used and paan stains all over the bathrooms.4. open wires:->Fixed Later5. no cupboard:->Fixed Later but again not m,atching sample flat6. no tiles in 1 room:->Later they did wooden flooring even after telling them not to do so.7. Tiles in bathroom not straight, have joints while in sample flat no joints. 8. Seelan in the flat in kitchen, bathroom:->Seelan is worse now.9. Dhalaan in kitchen:->Fixed Later10. Fire pipe not matching either of the sample flats, looks worse in the flat.11. Almirah was not done:-> They made a completely different design than what was in sample flat and with offcourse excuses why they did itThen we gave them 25 days and then we went we saw that they actually did a worse wooden flooring irrespective of telling them 100 times that we want tiling. the quality of the wooden flooring was worse. They changed the almirah design from the sample flat. Everytime I go I find excuses. I'm sick of these delays and excuses. The marketing team was worse.You can see that their service is third class and even the material in flats is nothing compared to what they said they would deliver... And the slap on the face i get a letter paying for maintenance of the flat...
