Read and Rate Properties in India

I am considering purchasing a 3 or 3.5 BHK apartment (2285 and 2750 sft respectively) in K. Raheja Vivarea project in Bangalore. The project is in a decent location in Koramangala. But the price is definitely on the higher side starting 7750 per sft. I am looking for reviews and feedback about other K. Raheja properties, their after sales service and if this is a really good buy. I am looking for all the help possible to make a wise choice. So please help with review of K. Raheja properties you have bought, your experience with buying Vivarea etc.I do not know of any other good apartment building coming up in and around the central part of Bangalore. So if any one know any others, please tell. Thank you.Pros:1. Good location, but slightly higher price2. K. Raheja's commercial ventures like Shoppers Stop and Crossword are well likedCons:1. The model apartment is made to look bigger than usual with downsized furniture and higher celing. This is a normal practice and therefore excusable2. The kitchen is small (for the total sft of the apartment) for the kind of cooking we do in India. When will a builder finally understand that we cannot show off a spotless kitchen, while we are cooking, that stares into the main living room (sigh!). 2. The brochure is not completely specific about type of fitting, tile colors, paint type, balconey railing etc. The sales staff is also not providing specific. I am sure it will be good, but more detail is definitely welcome3. The sales staff says only the most essential fittings will be provided, so it will cost a lot more to furnish it. E.g. of what is provided - granite top and sink in kitchen, light points but no fixtures, branded sanitaryware (but no name), superior quality tile (but no brand name specified), vitrified tile (again no brand specified) etc.4. The brochure says club house etc. is tentative. Does this mean they may not be built?
