Last week I visited their office to check out the progress of the project.
The sales staff were friendly and also answered all my questions politely. They are also providing with 2 Club houses, gymnasium, party lounge as well as swimmig pool with toddler's pool. I also liked the location of the project near to the Pawana dam and hope that this will not have any water problems.
The place was airy and spacious from all sides found very rare these days.

The builder has built a good reputation in Mumbai and this is one of his first projects in Pune. So the expectations from him are higher. The fittings used in the kitchen and bathrooms are of good quality and has also provided you with a water heater. All the other amenities are also been given due consideration. They were also ready to make some customized changes for the client requirements.

The project comprises of 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK apartments. The project is located in the upcoming and fast developing area of Pimple Gaurav. You have connectivity to the Hinjewadi IT Park, Pune City and also the Old Mumbai Pune Highway. There is a proposed DP road in the project plan. Once it gets completed it will make traveling more easier and less time consuming as it will link between the Aundh and Wakad Road.

We are residing in an apartment in Kalpataru Estate Phase II, Pimple Gurav, Pune. First of all, the possession was delayed by 1.5 years and it has been just two months since we have moved in and the washroom walls started leaking badly. We are tired of requesting the management to fix the issue. i have no clue what needs to be done next :(. Highly disappointed
