In my opinion the location of the project is on an average with a lot of upcoming projects coming up in the nearby area. Your day-to-day needs are fulfilled withinn a 2-3 km radius. It also seems to have good connectivity to the Pune Saswad Highway and the hip and happening locality of M.G. Road. It is also having connectivity to the Pune-Bangalore Higheway and Mumbai Pune -Expressway.

I feel that the price that Kumar Builder is charging for Palmgrove project are reasonable at Rs 3100 per sq ft.
Looking at the future aspects of this location the prices are likely to appreciate in the coming future as it nears its completion. So it would also be a good investment option for all those IT people looking for tax benefits also.

What I liked is that the builder seemed to be quite professional in his dealings. The staff is open about all the charges and all the changes that have come up in the last year. They are completely transparent in their dealings. The staff was also co-operative and polite to answer all my questions patiently.

The location of the Project is not great, but OK. Quality of construction id above average. The property is value for money. THE MOST IMPRESSIVE PART OF THE PROJECT IS THE BUILDER. 100% transparency, no hidden cost, all questions answered to satisfaction.
Overall I think it is an excellent project to invest in. After all, you get what is promised. Builder is accomodative to small delays in payment by bank. Construction and location is for yuo to see befor you give your money. So what else is required?
