I am a resident of Lanco and I don't have words to explain how ill managed the Lanco project is? Once they have made the sale deal, they seem to have forgotten the promises they made and are very busy selling the new set of apartments to the rest of the world. They promised a luxury club house and till now we don't even have the basics working in there. The quality of work manship is simply appauling and as a resident, we are left in the dark. So many to manage but no quality work. So much goes waste due to poor management. They have got the top notch JLL to manage but what the residents got at the end is another huge bill to pay the JLL who most of the time is doing the work that Lanco has messed up. this complaint has no end so I am just stopping here. I would only advise anyone who is planning to buy to make sure they check with the resident who currently live in here and find out the actual facts.

Booking amount was paid during Nov 2010 when structure and outer walls were ready. Since, no progress seen, further payments were not released. As, through out year 2011 also, no progress is made, cancellation done during Dec 2011. Even after four months of cancellation and lot of pursuance also, refund of Rs 15 lacs is not being given by LANCO. This is a very poor gesture from famous LANCO GROUP.
