Hi Ravi,Thanks for the concern. But the the above rating by me was due to my lappy problem. As per me, the rating is 3 star mainly based on the location and price. The prices, though on higher side, are market based, which builders are capable to hold at the moment and buyers are ready to pay.

The developer does not have any past track record of delivering any project in Delhi NCR. Moreover the price is also on the higher side. The only saving grace is the location, which may become prime after completion of the dwarka gurgaon expressway.PS: This is for user: "Prospective Buyer": Your comments dont match with the ratings given by you.

Landmark is relatively a new developer, having experience in Dharuhera and Bhiwadi. I really do not know, if they are able to deliver the right quality in NCR. However, according to project plans, it seems a good buy.

I went around the area, well situated in sec 103. A very good opportunity to invest in and as a end user too. Very well connected to Expressway.

Have booked the flat 1.5 year back in Landmark Residency and paid 25% of payment upfront. Since then no constraction work has been started and on top of that builder asked for 10% more payment. While booking builder agreed to allocate the unit with 25% payent. Builder also send letters to everyone that if they failed to make the payment 25% of payment will be forfeited.
While talking to their employees they said project is in litigation and lawsuit has been filed by the land owners. Landmark only have 2 acres land and proposed project is on 12 acres.
I rate this builders as negative and cheater, pls do not engage yourself with this builder.
This is not the complaint but I want to warn the buyers to keep these comments and rating in mind before making any deal.
