It also has other locational advantages, such as better access to Delhi through the Faridabad Mehrauli Road. The proposed Metro (to be extended Noida City Centre) will also have a station near M3M Golf Estate. Airport is just thirty minutes drive from M3M Golf Estate. Prominent schools like Heritage, Scottish High, Pathways, G.D. Goenka, Shriram are in close proximity to M3M Golf Estate. Also, it is conveniently located near reputed hospitals like Max, Artemis, Medicity and Fortis.

Awesome project!Liked the fact that it will be the only project with in house golf course! May be Neighbour's envy, owner's pride!Golf course extension will be excellent place to live, as the metro will also pass right from there..The builder has increased the price from 6100 to 10,100 shows that they are able to sell the project quite well.. The early entrants would have minted money by now... but now it has become unaffordable for ordinary people like us.The only probelm can be the execution and timely delivery, especially when the builder does not have any prior experience. However, the fact that they are putting the money collected for this project in an escrow so that it will be used only for this project and not diverted for any other purpose, gives some comfort level.

I feel too much hype is being made by Times of India, Economic Times and some other papers, probably, for personal gains. M3M, is owned by Mr. Bansal, with lttle / no experience in Real Estate. The entire team of M3M works like a LALA Company, where business decisions are taken only for the profits of Bansals, not the customers. Beware, they are out to fleece you.

If you are dissatisfied with the builder, then please submit your complaint here and we will convey it to the concerned person in the builder’s office.
Many new players have or will enter real estate market to benefit from the burgeoning income of Indians. Mr. Bansal, owner of M3M, also is a new entrant with no experience in construction but in Land acquisition. As far as I know, real estate projects are built up by the contractors (third party) and not by the company itself. Therefore, financial strength and experienced team is required to execute the project. Talking to various brokers and others, it reflects that the management & engineers of M3M has been picked from other known developers. The project is luxurious and for people that maintain a class. It is a big project and probably won't be completed in 3 years time (as claimed by brokers & builder), but the construction has already started. Hope, to get posession in 4 years time with all the facilities in place.
