    Laburnum Park is a residential project by Magarpatta Township Development and Construction Company Limited located in the heart of Magarpatta City. The project consists of 3BHK and 4BHK luxurious and spacious apartments.  The project is aimed at luxurious living with up-to-date amenities. There are in all 14 buildings, each with 11 floors. Each floor has 3 apartments. It is a home for the families who love to live life like the “Kings”. The apartments are open on 3 sides and have good ventilation. The apartments are in for ready possession.


    LOCATION

    Laburnum Park is located in the heart of Magarpatta City. It is located in the upcoming and fast developing area of Hadapsar. The area has turned out to be one of the major IT Parks in Pune with lot of IT, ITES and Outsourcing companies to Hadapsar. The Pune Airport is located at a distance of 9 kms and the railway station is at a distance of 7 kms. It is well connected to the Pune-Sholapur road and Mundhwa suburb of Pune.

So, the total cost for an apartment would range from Rs. 93.27 lacs to Rs. 1.07 crore, depending upon the choice of the apartment. We feel that the prices are on the higher end as the area is still a developing one and is suitable for the higher income group as well as top management people.

    We feel that this project will be best suited for the high income people and the people at the top management of the organisation who can afford such luxurious living. The advantage of buying in such a project is that all your needs have been looked after and everything will be available within a radius of 1 km. The ATM, Shopping Centre, Schools, Hospitals are a few of the amenities that you will have within your reach.

    The prices are on the higher side but with your basic necessities at your reach it should not be a major hindrance. The connectivity to this area is improving as there are many other upcoming and already completed residential projects.

    In our view, this is a fast developing locality and is expected to be one of the prime locations for the IT people working in the Hadapsar and Magarpatta IT Park.
