If one needs to have minimal city commuting and avoid traffic and speding time on the road, then u need to have grace which is what Anugraha from Malles offers. I wouldn't want to term the value proposition as VFM but considering the arms length proximity to the heart of T Nagar where you can source your daily routine requirements to sourcing for the odd birthday parties & weddings in a stretch of less than a kilometer, Malles Anugraha is worth the buy. This property is bereft of any ameneties but would suit the young and old alike whose only requirement is access to the city centre.
