I visited the site of Margosa and liked it.
Ya I know that there is Mohemadwadi village in between but in the future the Oxford road will help bypass the village (or can say the slum area).
The rates are also competitive as compared to the Marvel Isola in the same vicinity. The prices are comparitively lower.
I really liked the surroundings of this project as well as the cosmopolitan culture that you get to see here. Students, IT professionals, people from different countries, etc. You are also well connected to the nearby happening place of MG road and Pune Camp. The location looks serene. But the only thing I did not like is that it has Mohemmadwadi village located next to it. You may have to travel through it sometimes until the proposed bridge is built. As a future option it will be a good and prices are expected to appreciate.
