I guess Public transport is not a very big issue for Megapolis. Megapolis is the last stop for every buses coming to Hinjewadi and there is a sharing facility already till tech mahindra and as soon as you get the possesion the sharing will go upto Megapolis too. There will be Megapolis shuttle too frequency not known. In around 2-4 years there would be shopping comlexes and Multiplexes too at Blue ridge. And there is a six lane highway coming up too.

Even if the builder is promising you the facilities and amenities this location need to be better developed. The project is located in the Hinjewadi Phase 3. Going deep into the Hinjewadi location. All the other areas in Hinjewadi seems to be being eaten up by the developers. The place will take some time to develop. Maybe can say around 2-3 years. If you have your own vehicles then no worries you can spend on petrol. But don't expect public conveyance to be coming to your help very soon. Not in the near future. But maybe you can still spend heavy bucks on Auto rickshaws.

The staff is not very co-operative. One of my friends paid the booking amount and then till today has been on the back of the sales staff to get the receipt. On enquiry for a few changes also they are not responding properly nor answering to the question raised in a satisfactory manner. Hey builder please get a well qualified and professional staff if you want buyers to come all the way. They even boast that they have already sold 40% of the flats. Where are the buyers then?

You working in Hinjewadi? And expect to be there for the next 5-6 years? Yes then sure you can book a flat here as the possession is only after 2012. There is no conveyance available to this place but the situation expected to be better in the coming years. So book if you have money to spare and want your hard earned money to be locked in for a few years.

Hello All,
Pathetic Backoffice staff dont know how to write emails with all contents and also managers talk very rudely to customers.
The backoffice puts blame on Marketing and Marketing on Backoffice and we are the people who suffer.

Although I understand the fact that it would take a minimum of 2 years for it to get livable and around 5 years when you can expect a good return on investment.
