We hear ample news about this project. Seems to be excellent with Infra and tremendous ambiance. This is all okay. There is one primary question. Who has approved this integrated township? KIADB? BDA? BBMP?. Heard people says KIADB. If that is the case, do they endorse an agricultural land to Residential township? This is bizarre. We all know that agri lands gets converted to industrial lands under the approval of KIADB. There are people who says that this project is approved by State level high commission of Karnataka.
Yes. this is correct. However, as per pdf and the excel of the SHLC, to Patel Engineering, they have given the permission to construct only IT parks in the mentioned area and not an integrated township. Apparently, they have also given permission for integrated townships which sounds very genuine. Example: some "Orchid" township mentioned in the pdf.
More clarification needed on this project. There had been a hazy picture on this project wrt approvals. Can anybody help?
