I was impressed with the show flat, its quality of construction and design, I also liked the layout of Palm Drive so I bought one here last year. The alternatives were DLF Belair, Unitech whose construction quality really sucks besides known for cheating their customers and projects like IREO, though impressive, still untested on delivery.
Only issue...I was told the apmt will be delivered to me by end of the 2011. I was at the construction site this week and seems unlikly will be this year...now not sure when they will actually complete this project. This is really disappointing...
As buyers we are really shafted by these RE companies...they lie with impunity, never deliver on their promises and sadly there is no regulator who can force these crooks to deliver on their promises....its depressing to be lied to, cheated and forced to take it lying down!!!!
