Custommers planning to buy Pratham from Puri Constructions should also visit their other project- "VIP Floors" sector 81. The project is delayed by two years and have not even completed the DPC level. Floors opposite the same project from BPTP is nearing complition in a short span. The VIP Floor quality of the design, exterior finish and the interior finish is quite substandard and quite opposite to the name (VIP!) and the promises made by them at the time of selling to us.Puri constructions have really made a fool of people who have booked in the VIP Floors. They are trying to allure customers to buy their other projects by showing Paranayam which is their first and only decent project. My request to everyone planning to invest in Greater Faridabad (Nehar Paar sectors) is to be beware of the PURI CONSTRUCTIONS and try to invest in projects of other builders in this area.
