People are giving very much importance on security nowadays.People want to live in peace and secure.This project seems to give people much better security of their home and living.It is very nice thing the developers thinking they are also providing some entertainment for child's and older also.
Its very important thing but the money is also important if the cost is less people will like it much more.
In this project the facilities are providing by the developers are very good.

This project looks to be not properly ready.The information is not very sufficient.This project aims to give people a nice and better secure homes.I appreciate this attempts but the price seems a bit high comparing to their reputation.
If they can give it in less price then it would be far more better for them and the people also.

If you are dissatisfied with the builder, then please submit your complaint here and we will convey it to the concerned person in the builder’s office.
I feel that Sampada can be a good option due to following reasons:
1. Rahejas is a reputed developer and has already completed numerous projects in gurgaon.
2. It is close to the FNG highway which will make it well connected to dwarka, gurgaon and the airport. This place will has the potential to become next gurgaon therefore it makes sense to buy it now.
3. The price is reasonable. At around 2500-2700 per sq ft you are are getting a good deal. however i would say that go in for construction linked plan only as the development will take time
