I found the layout of the duplexes amazing with good ventilation from all the sides.
The price is on the higher side but the place is spacious and well designed. Very few of the builders these days come up with duplex flats.
The cross ventillation in the kitchen as well as the dining room is good with proper sunlight. And where will you get a living room with the dimensions of 21'4x12'6. Really a very large and impressive living room with an attached terrace which is common to the living room and dining room.
I really liked this place. So if you have the money and like to spend your life in a really spacious and large home. Then, just go for it...
The builder seems to have paid attention to the finishing and fittings of the duplexes. The fittings and fixtures used are of the good quality and worth the price paid for the duplexes.
The layout looks good and the place is airy. The location is a bit far from the City center but with more residential developments this place is also bound to be noticed and developed at a faster rate.
