Residents of Rishabh Paradise purchased flats from the builder [Rishabh Buildwell Pvt. Ltd.] based on brochures, (and promises of the Promoters) which listed facilities like Swimming pool, regular Club-house on the ground, car parking, children play area and alike.
After a lapse of more than 6 years since Purchasers started paying the money to the builder and after a period of almost 2 & half years since we started taking possession here; the builder has not delivered the promised facilities like:
a. Allotment of covered/basement car parking, paid open parking and provision for free car parking.
b. Electricity load distribution
c. Provision of Club-house with swimming pool & other such facilities
d. Inadequate Lifts, No Green Area
e. IFSF [Interest Free Sinking Fund]
f. Provision of effective centralized water softening unit
g. Unauthorized construction like batching plant, sample flat, Commercial Office at ground floor or on Children’s Green Area etc.
h. Routine Maintenance issues

I am owner of a flat in Rishabh Paradise. After residing in the society for almost more than 2 years, Builder yet to provide the basic amenities & facilities for which I paid almost more than 4-5 years.
I would not recommend to any one to invest their hard earning money in any of their project like Cloud-9 etc.
They are the biggest cheater and farud builder in india.
Even after approaching the builder representatives to provide the necessary facilities, They tease us by saying that you people may approach anyone; but we will not deliver anything more to you
I would not recommended to buy any property by Rishabh builder or Mecury builder. I am owner of a flat in Rishabh Paradise. First of all possassion was so delayed and even after late possassion, every one is fighting with builder to get basic ammenities which builder promised at the time of agreement. These builders are just cheaters brother. do not think buying any of property including cloud 9, Mecury angels, jupiter (their recent launch) by these builders. Otherwise I guaranty that your would regrete your decision later on.
