I am looking to book on this can anyone suggest me some reviews of this builder?
Just saw the ad in today's HT estates (page 19) that Rudra has announced Bhoomi Poojan of it s project Rudra Palace Heights. I think this is one step forward as now one can expect the construction to also begin soon. Very few builders have started construction / done bhoomi poojan in noida extension, therefore they may start asking for premium on the projects after the bhoomi poojan
Rudra palace heights presentation shows that promoters has interest in various business, hence less chances of default on delivering the project. I have bought a flat in Rudra after a through search of properties in noida extension. Compare to others, I like the site plan and prices are even lower. This is just a personal view, however property experts are welcome to give their feedback.
I would like to share that the construction is about to start within a week from now and have a really low density, i.e. number of flats per acre as compared to other projects. Since its a small project, so i am expecting the posession on time. Moreover, they have provided 3 water bodies, so the residents would get to enjoy the facilities and i discussed with the residents of projects previously delivered by Rudra, and got a very positive feedback. I have finally decided to book a apartment in this project.
Hey guys, i went to the site of Palace heights and this project really holds a good location and the prices are really reasonable. Also got to know that they have signed Gautam Gambhir as their brand ambassador.I liked the 2BHK layout etc and think that it can be a good investment for years to come.
I want to flat in Noida Extension. I have seen Rudra Palace Heights brochure, and like the projects overall. The pricing justifies the plan of the units they shall provide. Please suggest/ or give your reviews on the project.
