Stellar is known for its quality, timely delivery. But this project is in Noida Extension, already in a supply glut. Not much return is seen in near future, however it must be good option for living.

I also visited the project site. Construction has been started, sample flat is ready, price is competitive, and the sales person in the site office confirmed 12% per annum penalty if construction will not complete in time. Whereas, other builder is offering Rs. 5 per sq ft, which is equivalent to 3-4% per annum. In the past also, they have delivered good projects in noida.

I went to Noida Extension yesterday and stumpled upon Stellar project. I found it to be quite good escpecially because they have the sample flat ready and the construction is also going on in full swing. Moreover the builder is offering 12% p.a. penalty for any dealys, which in my opinion shows the confidence of the builder that he will be able to complete it in time!

Latitude Infra brokers are cheats and liars. They dont have any morals or ethics. They should not be dealt with. never ever believe a word they say. please do take caution and do not fall into their trap. Better is going to any other dealer and getting your flat booked. the builder itself should ban these people.
The builder may be priced in the mid-range. All the 4 projects completed look great from outside. However, the workmanship inside the apartments is horrible with frequent cracks, leakages. When seen from inside the apartment it is only 1 star, from the outside it is 4-5 star. Yes, the project will be completed in time. The idea is that if the project looks great from outside, then it is easier for other projects down the road to sell. Who cares how the individual apartment quality is.
