The brand is not worth what they claim. The room designs are very very bad and they have not considered any practical aspect. For example consider the below

1. the switches to operate in the bedroom are at 2 ft height and would get blocked when you put your cot.

2. The provison fo rcomputer table is next to the bathroom door, if you put the computer table you cannto enter the bathroom.

3. You cannot fit a good geyser in the bathroom, the waste line from above flat will block the placement.

4. You cannot put the fridge in the kitchen, it will block the entrance and power point for the fridge is at 3 feet point.

5. The finishing of the walls in balcony is realy shoddy, cheaper finish than oyu would expect the compund wall to be - no exxageration, go check it out yourself.

6.Pathetic customer care - I visited thrice for my alterations, they took the money and implemented nothing, I heard similar stories fro m5 other customers I came across during my visits.

7.Cheap marketing gimmicks ot con you. check out the floor plans, look at synergy II 990 SFT two bed room apartments. The bed shown in the bedrooms is scaled down to give you feel of big and spaciousness
