    LOCATION

    Raisina Residency is well connected to the metro as it is coming up on Golf course Road Extension in Sector 59. Once the new metro line is constructed then the nearest station would be hardly 2 kms away.

    In addition to the close proximity to the golf course, it has easy connectivity with commercial areas such as cyber greens. In our opinion, it should be a good place to live as during the day, one can work in the busy city life in nearby areas and in the evening, relax in the quiet Aravali hills.


    FACILITIES

    In addition to the usual facilities such as club house, power back up, wooden flooring and modular kitchen etc, TATA Housing is also providing Split AC in all rooms, Jacuzzi in Master Bathroom, temperature controlled swimming pool, 3 tier security system, and video door phone access control etc. We feel that these additional facilities are offered by very few builders and will complement the lifestyle of rich and famous.


    VALUE FOR MONEY

    TATA Housing is offering these premium apartments at a basic selling price of Rs 5,250 per square feet, which in our opinion is slightly on the higher side considering the fact that this area is yet to be developed. Moreover, the addon charges such as EDC, IDC, IBMS, Parking and PLC etc are also on higher side thus taking up the total cost of an apartment to more than  Rs.1.5 crore ($300,000). However, given the TATA brand and the facilities provided, one can expect appreciation in the future.

HiTHIS IS FROM A PERSON WHO HAS BOUGHT IT FOR END USE AFTER STAYING IN ONE OF THE BEST PROPERTIES ON GOLF COURSE ROAD AND I DONT MEAN THOSE MONSTERS FACING THE GOLF COURSE..This review really influenced us to take a look and of course the big reason why we bought an apartment here was the Tata name along with the best construction company involved in this project..shapoorjee palanjee..The location is away from the rush area gurgaon is becoming.There is a 60 metre road taking the first turn from gurgaon extension and another 60 metre road coming up right behind it and between the hills with at least a 20metre green on bothr sides as per the new huda plan.The buildings are coming up on time and the construction is smooth and clean and the area is being maintaned along with the construction.I am not going to lose on this as the people who bought into this property are all corporate top guys who are mostly end users,not like the other properties around this place whose builder you dont know about and whose pace of work is slow and end quality not assured.If Tata builds it as they have promises a top notch product..Their name gives us confidence..Then they can easliy piggy back on this and wipe out the competition..By the way if anyone else has a 3375sqft apartment for sale pls do put it up here there is another prospective buyer.
