    G99 is located in Sector 99 of Gurgaon on the upcoming 150m wide Dwarka Expressway which will connect Dwarka with Manesar. The Indira Gandhi International airport will be around 15 minutes drive from G99. Delhi Metro is also proposed to run parallel to the Expressway. G99 has been strategically placed close to the upcoming Reliance SEZ, The Ninex IT Park and minutes away from the ISBT depot.  We expect that with the construction of the Expressway, properties located close to it (such as G99) will experience significant appreciation in future.

    Facilities

    G99 provides outstanding amenities to suit one’s luxurious lifestyle. It includes clubhouse, gymnasium, swimming pool, spa, jogging and cycling tracks, soccer field, basketball court and tennis court etc. It also takes care of the day-to-day needs by having shopping complex, health centre with pharmacy, restaurant and café, nursing home, Play Park and nursery as well as primary school within the township.     In our view, Dwarka Expressway & Metro will provide better connectivity to Gurgaon and the real estate prices will also increase in the sectors adjoining the expressway. Gurgaon 99 is located right on the expressway and is next to the SEZ. Therefore we advise investing in the plots or villas as per one’s requirements.

QVC is a thorough professional company. I have invested in this project with 2 plots. i plan to hold 1 plot and sell the other once there is a decent appraeciation.

I recommand to buy plot in this town ship as this has all the approvals in place and money will certainly bound to give great fruits.

The location is excellent although lots depend on DEW. But once DEW is in place .. we can expect excellent returns out of this project.

I have heard now Uppal has started selling its part of units @40,000 per sq yd. Is it reasonable price on Dwarka Expressway?

Builders have already discounted DE way before its construction. However, experiencing the growth near NH8, the further price rise is expected. I have taken two plots at the current price, and hope to earn a decent return.

This project is a joint venture of two builders UPPAL and QVC at Gurgaon99. They are coming up with world class facilites in a gated township. They have come up with villas and plots, and i would say plots are at a better location than villas in this project. They are expensive, but are at a prime location, and a good appreciation is expected here.

Just noticed that the builder has increased the price of plots to 39,000. I remember that they launched it at around 30,000 per sq yd so prices already up by more than 30%Appears like Dwarka Gurgaon Expressway is quite happeneing as the price of all the projects are going up. Right now there is no action on that side but imagine what will happen to the prices once the expressway and metro is up and running. Having said that i do find current prices to be quite high
