QVC is a thorough professional company. I have invested in this project with 2 plots. i plan to hold 1 plot and sell the other once there is a decent appraeciation.
I recommand to buy plot in this town ship as this has all the approvals in place and money will certainly bound to give great fruits.
The location is excellent although lots depend on DEW. But once DEW is in place .. we can expect excellent returns out of this project.
