Let tell you the full story -
we have booked the flats around 2 yr back in SMR Vinay Galaxy near Huddi , Bangalore and have been told that it will be ready by Nov-Dec 2009.
Till now if you go and see work is going on ,,,, to make the fool of people they have completed all the outer work and inside when you go and see you yourself can understand it will take another 1 yr for them to complete the full work..
Issues with the builder -

1. FIrst and the most important one - Right from there MD to the Doorclearn of the Builders team ... all are so arrogant that you can’t believe ... for the new customer they will treat like family members but the moment you buy a house there you are in Govt office where no one is available to discuss your issues and you will be helpless since you have already in Trap.

2. All the Representative are simply useless and uneducated ... to get the full proof of my wording take a tour of the buidling with any good Building Architect and he can show you wrong practice in every room or anywhere ... its all because they dont have anyone who know what is building norms ... even to take it to the next level ... go and ask the builder that I want these all modifications in my flats ,,, he will be ready to do all without checking whether it is possible or not ... you will be happy to see that you are getting what you want but just wait till the work start at your house and you will find the real pleause of working with a team of uneducated and unprofessional workes.

3. if anything goes wrong in your flat ... thats it ... call MD (Mr Reddy ) , first he will try to threatens you and next he will send you to Mr Ayub ( Who is the Core tech Arch of there project ) , Mr Ayub ... will tell you we will retify it and you will be waiting for him for next 2 month .. after which he will stop picking up your calll .... next once you meet him in person .. he will send you to Mr Sreenivas Reddy .. who take care about whole building work .. in case of any error he is not authorized to take dicision and he will send you back to Mr Ayub and MD .. so the full circle is back ... you have only one option to spend more money to get your work done.

4. every place has so many irregularities that i can;t even discribe here ..

5. Price is one of the important factor that you should be concerned ... but if you believe me they have sold the flats without any norms ... it all depends on at what how much they think you can pay ... i even met a person to whom they sold in 3300 persft just beacuse the rates going on are 2700 sqft .. so you can see how they are cheating the peoples ..

6. Don’t even think about buying a flat with these people.... and if you dont believe me plzz plzz go and se e the thing yourself ... i am very much sure you will not fall in TRAP
