Request all buyers to be careful while buying any flats or floors from Puri Constructions.I had booked a floor at the Puri’s VIP Floors at Sector 81, Faridabad. I booked this flat almost two years back in May 2009. I decided on this flat because of the quality construction given in their first project “The Pranayam”. The VIP floor was promised to be completed within two years. It is almost nearing two years and they have yet not completed even the DPC level work! Every time I contact one of the company representatives, each one gives a different reason for the delay. Most of the booking in VIP Floors was done at a time when the recession was at its peak at non of the projects were being sold in this area. Customers like me who showed confidence in this builder feel cheated.Most surprisingly I recently saw the Sample Flat for VIP Floor which was quite contrary to the promises made and even to the name: “VIP FLOORS!!” It should have been named as “JANATA FLOORS” and typically the exteriors looked like some Haryana Govt. Quarters with a pink color. The interiors are also badly finished and the quality of bathroom tiles and floor tiles used was also substandard with horrible finishing. The staircase area was dark and confusing arrangement of stairways!! I wonder whether an architect was even assigned for designing or was left to laborer and the contractor to design!!! I visited the BPTP Floors- Park 81 just opposite this project and I was impressed with the beautiful exterior design and the quality of interiors. This project was allotted much later and at much lesser cost. This project is almost nearing completion. Keep it up BPTP! Puri constructions have really made a fool of people who have booked in the VIP Floors. They are trying to allure customers to buy their other projects by showing Paranayam which is their first and only decent project. My request to everyone planning to invest in Greater Faridabad (Nehar Paar sectors) is to be beware of the PURI CONSTRUCTIONS and try to invest in projects of other builders in this area.
